In support of the mission of Trocaire College, the Communications Office promotes the institution through advertising efforts, press and media relations, social media engagement, and other forms of communication.

The Communications Office staff is available to assist all campus offices and departments in executing communications through press and news releases; requesting media coverage for newsworthy events; photographing on-campus events and happenings; and, managing and editing the college website and social media accounts.

The forms below are intended to allow requests to be sent to the Communications office in an easy and efficient way – allowing projects to be communicated and completed in a timely manner.

Internal Communications Support Request Forms

Use the appropriate form below to facilitate your request. Plan ahead and provide as much lead time as possible. Please note that requests are completed in the order that they are received.  You will receive an automated e-mail confirming your request and a confirmation e-mail when the task has been completed.

Web Request Form

Use the Web Request Form to develop a new web page, update an existing web page, or to report a problem on the or myTrocaire website.

Business Card Request Form

Complete this form to request Trocaire business cards.  You may order business cards at any time, but please make your request early enough to allow time for processing and delivery. The cost of business cards will be charged to your office/department budget.

Public Relations Request Form

Use the Public Relations form to suggest timely news, events and information you would like shared with Trocaire constituents and the public. The Office of Communications will discern which communication vehicles are most appropriate to disseminate your information i.e. have your information publicized in the media or on social media, capture photography or video coverage, create blogs, college communications/publications, etc..

 What's Happening Submission Form

 Use this form to submit news, events and other updates you wish to share with Trocaire students and/or employees to the weekly "What's Happening" newsletters.
