What will it cost to attend Trocaire?

Document Actions

Below you will find several tables that estimate the cost of attending Trocaire College. The financial figures are estimates. Your costs could be slightly more or less depending on your financial circumstances. Funding for your education comes in several ways:

  • PELL Federal Grant

  • Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)

  • Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) Federal Grant

  • Federal Loans

    • Stafford Loan (subsidized and unsubsidized)

    • Federal Plus Loan (loan for parents)

  • TAP State Grant

  • College grants, awards, and scholarships

  • Work Study

  • Alternative loans from private lending institutions

Grants, awards, and scholarships are funds given to you that you are not required to pay back. Most loans require a payment plan after you graduate. Others require payment on “interest charges” while you are in school, and then a payment plan after graduation.

Additional funding is available for those students who are disabled, a Service Veteran, a Native American, or a child of a deceased policeman or fireman. Tax credits are also available.
