Lifelong Learning Offers Two New Courses

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Lifelong Learning Office at Trocaire College announces two new courses for the Spring semester – Computer Essentials for Clinicians and Administrative Leadership. Both courses will be held at the college’s Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality & Business in Lancaster.
The four week Computer Essentials for Clinicians course covers a range of concepts and foundation skills with the goal to help you become more proficient and effective in providing the best care to your patients. Coursework will involve lecture, demonstration and hands-on learning to improve your ability to use a computer in the workplace. Classes begin February 28 and the course fee is $169. As this course is being offered in collaboration with the Catholic Health System, employees of Catholic Health are eligible for tuition reimbursement.
Get the skills that will launch you to the next level of success. Trocaire’s Administrative Leadership course is designed to enhance your supervisory competencies and improve your capacity to effectively lead others. Techniques for developing staff to achieve maximum performance and organizational effectiveness will be discussed. This class will be held one night per week for ten weeks beginning March 7 – course fee is $699.
