BUFFALO, N.Y., August 30, 2006 -- Stephen and Laurie Joyce of Snyder are Co-chairs for the 2006 Trocaire College Trustees’ Scholarship Drive and Reflections Awards Reception to be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Statler Towers at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 5, 2006.

Stephen Joyce is National Sales Manager for Cardinal Pointe Communications. He is also a member of Trocaire College’s Board of Trustees and chairs the college’s Institutional Advancement Committee.  Laurie Joyce is an Intensive Care Nurse at Kaleida Health Systems’s Millard Fillmore Hospital - Gates Circle.

Receiving the college’s Reflections Award at the event will be the Honorable John T. Curtin, Joseph J. (Jerry) Castiglia, and Ellen E. Grant, Ph.D.

The annual event, hosted by Trocaire College’s Board of Trustees, is expected to draw 300 persons. All funds raised from the reception will benefit the college’s scholarship endowment.  For information call the college advancement office at 821-1210.
