The development office exists to provide an ethical and mission-based approach to fundraising for the college by developing relationships and working closely with benefactors, alumni, faculty, staff, students, friends and trustees of the college. Since an educational institution cannot exist through tuition-based funding alone, it is the role of the development and alumni office to engage support from individuals and corporations who support the mission of the college and in turn recognize the generosity of these constituent groups. For information on how you can support Trocaire College through voluntarism or by making a donation, please contact Lisa Schaffer by calling 716.827.4340.
In support of the mission of Trocaire College, the Communications Office promotes the college through news media, the World Wide Web, advertising, social media, and other forms of communication. The Communications staff is available to assist all campus offices and departments in executing communications through news releases and church bulletins; requesting media coverage for newsworthy events; photographing on-campus events; and, managing and editing the college website and social media venues.
Please visit the communications web page for more information. https://www.trocaire.edu/my/offices-and-services/communications/
The Director of Grants, Foundations and Community Relations works closely with the President, Vice-President for Institutional Advancement, the President's Council, and members of the faculty and staff to develop proposals to advance programming and activities at the College. The Director continuously seeks to boost grant funding to Trocaire through cultivation and stewardship activities and ensuring that the college submits the best possible proposals for funding.
Outside grant aid provides support for traditional areas of need, such as scholarship funds and academic programming, facilities renovation and they enable Trocaire to launch new initiatives without depleting the college's unrestricted resources.
If you would like more information about our grants, foundation and government fundraising program, contact our Director of Grants, Sandra Miller by calling 716. 827.4348.
