The Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality & Business at Trocaire College offers students 'hands-on' experience with our unique partnership at Salvatore's Grand Hotel and Russell's Steaks, Chops and More Restaurant. The curriculum is designed to develop the skills and abilities required for a successful career in hospitality management. Career opportunities exist for managers in hotels, restaurants, clubs, catering operations, food service providers, sales, production, travel and tourism and many other areas of this dynamic, growing and rapidly evolving industry.

The hospitality industry is one of the top economic drivers in the Western New York economy. Development and employment opportunities in this field are projected to continue a growth pattern through at least 2020 with outstanding positions available for graduates in Western New York.
