Position: Admissions Assistant
Reports to: Director of Admissions
Position Description: Opportunity to use outstanding customer service and organizational skills to assists Admissions office staff on daily operations and work with prospective students and their families.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing mailings
• Answering phones
• Entering online application data into CAMS
• Maintaining student files/records
• Assisting in Open House events
• Serving as receptionist when required
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business or related field preferred.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook and CAMS or similar educational database
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, staff, and faculty
• Able to work in fast paced environment in close proximity to other employees
Salary: $23,000 - $25,000 Dependent on experience and qualifications
